Salento Catering can offer a variety of catering services for different events and requests.
You can choose one of our three Set Menus or we can work together to tailor a special menu to your desire.
We will provide you with a full catering service and we will also bring our famous mobile woodfire pizza oven to make your day unforgettable.

How We Work
✦ You let us know what time to serve your guests. We will arrive approx. 90 minutes prior to this time to set up and we’ll stay for 2 hours of service.
If it is a large function, there is the option to extend this time.
✦ You choose a combination of 4 varieties of pizza from our Menu. Our pizza size is 13 inches/33cm.
✦ We can cater for gluten free! At your request, we will happily provide up to 3Gluten Free Bases. If you require more than 3, there will be an additional charge depending on the quantity.
✦ We can cater for Vegan and allergies but unfortunately -as we work in such a small space -we cannot guarantee no contamination. Please be sure to let us know your requirements in advance.
✦ We serve the pizzas cut into eight slices on a buffet, guests are free to enjoy and share the pizzas. We provide napkins, service plates, paper plates, dressing and board with the menu. We also bring take-away boxes so we can leave left-overs with you in case someone needs a snack later!
✦ If you need we can bring a table buffet for the food and tablecloth (additional charge). When service is complete we will clean and pack away everything so you are left with nothing but great memories!

Birthday Party, Wedding, Private Function tell us more about it to help
you with the catering.
✦ How many people?
You need to confirm the number of people we are catering for 6 weeks prior to
the event so we can finalise your booking.
If you wish to decrease the number of people after this time, we may not be
able to offer you a discount on the quoted price.
If you wish to increase the number of people we are catering for we will need to
send you an additional invoice.
